The National Other Party Liability Group (NOPLG) is an organization of professionals who manage Other Party Liability activities in Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans across the nation. Its annual educational seminars bring together participants for workshops, networking, and discussion of issues involving Coordination of Benefits, Subrogation, Workers’ Compensation, Medicare Secondary Payer, OPL Management and Overpayment Identification and Recovery.
