Insurance Automation Group’s products are developed and deployed on industry-leading hardware and software platforms, providing our customers with rock-solid software foundations that can be deployed on the hardware of their choice.

End users only need a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox for login access. iAutomate: Recovery CaseManager produces documents in PDF, Word, and Excel format, so these applications are also recommended.

Technology Components for iAutomate Cost Containment Software Installations
  • System architecture minimally requires a Web/Application server and a Database server
  • Hardware recommendations include (but are not limited to): Sun, IBM, Dell, or HP
  • Supported operating systems and environments include: Solaris, AIX, Windows, VMWare
  • Application Server Middleware: Apache and PHP
Customers may choose from several deployment options:
  • Insurance Automation Group hosted ASP: We host the entire solution, including hardware, software, storage, and applications, and manage and support the solutions and users remotely.
  • Customer-hosted ASP solution: We deliver the whole solution, including hardware, software, storage, and applications to our customer while managing and supporting the solution and users remotely.
  • Customer installed solution (perpetual software license): We deploy our solution on customer-provided hardware, software, and storage while managing and supporting the application, database, and users remotely.
