NASP Reprint: Building an Internal Subrogation Team

Feature story in the Summer 2009 issue of Subrogator, authored by Dan Russell, Insurance Automation Group, and Jason Pfarr, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.

“Companies have struggled with the build-vs.-outsource argument, with both sides supported at times by shifts in market theory. Embracing Automation to Tackle Challenges
in Healthcare Subrogation

Feature story in the 2005 issue of Subrogator, authored by Jack Eaton, CEO, Insurance Automation Group.

“Healthcare subrogation is a challenging subject for healthplans. Every plan is eager to trim costs and recover dollars from claims for which they are not liable. However, several market forces are converging that will force healthplans to focus new energy on their subrogation units. Healthplan executives must understand the changes, and automate their subrogation units so they will be able to compete in the future.” To read more, download the full article (Adobe PDF format).
