Insurance Automation Group is a division of Workgroup Technology Partners, a provider of advanced technology solutions and services based in Westbrook, Maine. We have been directing development of our products since 1994 when we deployed our first solutions for large insurance companies in Maine. With more than 15 years of evolution, we continued to develop and deploy our solutions for the insurance industry to automate their most pressing, time-consuming, and costly challenges.
Insurance Automation Group’s iAutomate: Recovery CaseManager Suitemanages a wide breadth of cost-containment functions including Other Party Liability (OPL), Overpayment, and – its newest application under development – Fraud and Abuse. It is used by many of the largest health Plans and commercial recovery firms in North America to cover more than 40 million members in all 50 states and Canada.
It's surety solutions, including the industry-leading iAutomate: Erlon Surety and iAutomate: Company Surety, automate the complex workflow of surety bonds Insurance Automation Group has been designated as an Approved Vendor for eBonding by the NASBP/SAA and is an Applied ConneXion® Integrating Vendor.
